Obilje – Plesni oddih za ženske v Koštaboni

V teh časih je pomembneje kot kadarkoli prej,
da si vzamemo čas in se ponovno začutimo
doma v svojem telesu.
Da se gibljemo,
si prisluhnemo in se ponovno povežemo
– s sabo, med seboj in z naravo.
Z velikim veseljem te vabimo na drugo izdajo odmika Obilje, ženskega oddiha v gozdnatih gričih Koštabone v Sloveniji.
Lansko srečanje je bilo res čarobno
– praznovanje gibanja, sestrstva in narave –
letos pa bo še bolj prostorno,
saj dodajamo en dan več,
da bomo lahko še bolj uživale v tem čudovitem raju.
Druženje soustvarjamo Jo, Doris in Luz, učiteljice zavestnega plesa Open Floor. Združile smo se zaradi globoke želje po sestrskem povezovanju in praznovanju življenja.
Udeleženke bomo preživele štiri negovalne dni v naravi, kjer bomo počile od vsakdanjega vrveža, veliko plesale, se kopale v Dragonji, uživale v gurmanskih grižljajih in preprostosti bivanja – vse to v čudoviti stari kamniti hiši, umeščeni v sveto pokrajino gozda, hribov in odprtega neba.
Program vključuje:
• Plesna Open Floor raziskovanja z Jo, Doris in Luz
• Kakavovo ceremonijo za odpiranje srca
• Petje in deljenje ob ognju
• Nežno jogo in druga presenečenja
• Čas za počitek in regeneracijo
Namestitev je v sobah za dve ali tri osebe.

Abundance – A Women’s Dance Retreat in Slovenia
18–21 September 2025
Taking time to remember how to feel at home in our bodies has never felt more important. To move, to listen, and to reconnect – with ourselves, each other, and the natural world.
We are really excited to invite you to the second edition of Abundance, a women’s retreat in the forested hills of Koštabona, Slovenia.
Last year’s gathering was truly magical – a celebration of movement, sisterhood, and nature – and this year, it’s becoming even more spacious, with an extra day to enjoy this stunning natural paradise.
The retreat will be facilitated by Jo, Doris, and Luz. The three of them concluded the Open Floor conscious dance teacher training together and, during one of the immersions, came up with the idea of Abundance. A Women’s dance retreat born out of a deep desire for connection and the celebration of life.
Participants will spend four nourishing days dancing, resting, swimming in the nearby river, sharing delicious meals, and simply being – all in a beautiful old stone house nestled in a sacred landscape of forest, hills, and clear skies.
There will be:
• Open Floor dance sessions guided by Doris, Jo & Luz
• A cacao ceremony to open the heart
• Singing and sharing around the fire
• Gentle yoga and other surprises
• Time to rest and recharge
Accommodation is in shared rooms of two or three beds.
