About the event

Women's Self Defense 6 week course
Learn:
- Self Defense
- Striking
- Confidence Building

Over these 6 classes we will help you to not only learn how to defend yourself, but we will teach you what to do decrease your chances of being attacked. We will go over situational awareness, body language, and simple but effective techniques that you can use to get away from an attacker that does not require a lot of strength. Learn simple skills and gain confidence at the same time. For ages 15 and up. Register at the link below. Classes are Wednesdays from 7pm - 8pm. Select July 9th as your first day and we will see you then!
