This class will focus on unwinding tight spots, releasing tension, and connecting to our breath. We will build awareness and tap into the body's intelligence. Focus will be on poses that bring relaxation and release.

All of our classes are suitable for beginners to advanced levels and multiple options will be cued. Please check with your doctor and make sure yoga is safe for your body. Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily stretch and move in. Yoga mats and props are available to borrow. Bring your own water bottle.
