FREE YOGA FLOW CLASS

This is our most active class. Expect to sweat. Focus will be flowing from pose to pose. We will begin with breathwork, wake our core, warm the spine, then come to standing. We will move through a few sun salutations, which will include some ups and downs, vinyasas, faster movement to build up heat and endurance. Then we will begin a longer flow which will have a variety of poses that flow together, moving through the series on the right then left, building to a peak pose. This is a great class for people who want a mindful, active practice.

All of our classes are suitable for beginners to advanced levels and multiple options will be cued. Please check with your doctor and make sure yoga is safe for your body. Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily stretch and move in. Yoga mats and props are available to borrow. Bring your own water bottle.
