Foundations Class - Support the Mental Well-Being of Those You Love
May is Mental Health Awareness Month and this year's theme is 'Turn Awareness into Action'.

This Foundations class will focus on helping you know how and when to take action to support those you love (including yourself) when faced with difficult and stressful situations, including day to day life.

Anyone can attend, either in person or via Zoom, and benefit from the information shared in this FREE class.
