4 Star Accessory Clinic

Coach Tracy will be hosting our first ever accessory clinic in July that will be open to weightlifters, crossfitters, powerlifters, or any athletes in strength sports.

The clinic will be 2.5 hours long and will be Hip and Shoulder focused. We are going to address common issues/injuries for athletes in strength sports, how to structure warmups, rehab drills and protocols for injury/ROM, and accessory drills for strength. If you’ve ever dealt with shoulder or hip impingements, weakness or imbalances from side to side, or range of motion issues that keep you from being able to train efficiently-this clinic is for you.

Coaches and athletes alike will gain a better understanding of the anatomy of certain issues and how they relate to us in our sport, how warmups should be structured for athletes based on their individual anatomy and biomechanical issues, and a solid breakdown of effective strength accessories for each area.
