✨Looking for a peaceful, welcoming art group that helps you switch off, relax, and reconnect?

🎨 Join me for our Art as Relaxation group – gentle, creative sessions held upstairs at LEAF on Bold Street.

We meet monthly on Fridays from 11–1 to explore different mindful art techniques – from neurographic art to watercolour, collage and more.

No pressure. No expectations. Just time to breathe, play, and enjoy creativity in this beautiful space.

Perfect for:
• Midlife women or caregivers needing self-care
• City centre workers looking for calm
• Freelancers, students, or creatives wanting community
