Space to Breathe - a mindfulness and contemplation day

The pace of life these days is frenetic for so many people. Come and find space to breathe for the day as Ginny Wall and Tom Higgins lead us in day of mindfulness and contemplation. It’s a chance to pause, breathe and reconnect with ourselves and Deep Reality, however we experience or relate to that.

Ginny is a member of Open Table Liverpool and a Senior Trainer and former Head of Training for Breathworks, Ginny has over 20 years of experience running mindfulness courses for a wide range of different groups, including the LGBTQ+ community, and training mindfulness teachers.

Tom is also a member of Open Table Liverpool and a Psychotherapist in private practice. Tom has 25 years experience in Mental Health Services and is a training and group supervisor.
