In this immersive and interactive session, you’ll learn how to pitch any product, service, business or idea. Peter will show you how to enter a room of strangers with ease, know who to speak to and what to say.
This high-energy session will balance learning life-changing skills and knowledge whilst having lots of fun. It's also a great opportunity to network.

What will be covered?
Effective Communication. How we use communication to influence people and the methods that can be used to more successfully communicate when meeting people for the first time, either by delivering a presentation or in a private conversation.
Entrepreneurial Thinking. People who keep being successful in business are able to identify opportunities. What are these skills and can we develop them?
Learning Outcomes
Mastering the four-step process to pitch anything to anyone. You will learn why some pitches are successful and will be able to teach this method to other people.
When attending networking events, you will be able identify the people you should speak to, what to say and how to increase the potential they will agree to meet you in the future.
Understanding the reasons new business ventures succeed or fail. You will be able to assess whether any future business ideas you have are likely to be successful.
You will be able to immediately practice the skills you learn and use them throughout your life, increasing your confidence and likelihood of entrepreneurial success.

The course has been designed especially for people who have diverse learning styles and tasks have been included in the session to enable participants to explore the points raised during the session. However, there is no requirement to stand up and speak in front of a group of people so, whether you’re the most confident extrovert or the quietest introvert, you’ll be made to feel most welcome.

About the facilitator
Having set up several business ventures covering both new products and services, Peter the Speaker is most well-known for having successfully pitched in TV’s Dragons’ Den.
With a background and training in psychology, and as an inventor and former stand-up comedian, Peter the Speaker combines all three skills to deliver unique, inspirational and entertaining business workshops.
As a dyslexic, Peter found conventional learning didn’t really suit him and his training style uses interactive lectures, immersive group activities and practical exercises suitable for a neurodiverse audience. His training covers the essential skills he wished he’d been taught when he first started his business journey.
