We are back for our 7th Liverpools Strongest Man & Woman Competition.
This a comp that has genuinely built year on year and this year there will be no exception, also yet again we will be putting down a minimum of £1000 💰💰 prize money across all categories.
Due to the size of the comp and the amount of competitors we have taken the decision to move this comp to a two day event, keeping wait times down. It will also allow us to have more in each category instead of turning people away!
