We’ll be unpacking the duality of the creative cycle , the pressure to keep pushing vs. the power of pausing, and sharing practical tools to help you regulate your nervous system through it all.

Our panel will include Keith Mullen; Guitarist from Legendary Liverpool band The Farm & Dr Eva Peterson; Co-founder of The Little Flames who toured with The Arctic Monkeys and The Coral.
Live music will include the hugely talented Ryan Mosleh and a special guest performance from Hot Property who will be coming straight off the back of their highly successful debut tour.
10% of all profits will be donated to registered charity Music Support.
