Take a well-deserved break from the noise of daily life and sink into 60 minutes of deep rest. Using authentic Tibetan singing bowls, this session is designed to calm your mind, release tension, and give you real ‘ME’ time.
The Littlehampton Holistic Hub offers a warm, peaceful setting for a full Tibetan bowl experience – perfect for total relaxation and reconnection with yourself.

• Yoga mat (if you prefer your own)
• Blanket for warmth
• Pillow or cushion for comfort
• Water bottle
• Wear comfortable clothing
(Two new zero-gravity reclining chairs are available for those who find it difficult to lie down – please message to reserve one.)

🚫 Who Should Avoid This Session:
For safety reasons, sound therapy is not suitable for:
• Anyone with a pacemaker
• Those in the first trimester of pregnancy
• People with sound-induced epilepsy
• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs
