*Personal space and awareness
*Various Blocks and Blasting
*360 Blocking and group awareness
*Hand techniques and Strikes
*Leg and Knee techniques
15 minute Refreshments Break
*Blocks into combination from Punches and Kick attack.
*Ground kick attack
*Pad work with dodges, and random targets for reaction.
*Shield drills Kicks and punch Combinations, advancing and distance attack. As well as ground attack
*Stopping drill with shield.
*Bump drill
*Multiple Attacker Shield drill
30 minute Refreshments Break
Close range, grabs and Weapons defence
*Wrist grab (single and 2 hands)
*Front choke or clothes grab (single and 2 hands)
*Rear choke or clothes grab (single and 2 hands)
*Hair pull. (Front and Rear)
*Rear sleeper choke
*Rear and Front bear hugs (over and under arm)
15 minute Refreshments Break
*Pin to the wall
*Pin to the floor.
*Knife defence * Lunging attack
* Repeat strike
* Over head Strike
* Swing attack
* Pin to floor
Reaction drill
5 mins cool down stretch
