Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga

Join me Elisha, for a 4 week session of postnatal yoga - where you’ll be welcomed with a herbal cuppa and treated to a lovely homemade snack.
We will have different themes and focuses each 4 weeks to help heal and nurture your body and baby.
Sharing a circle with other mums and babies.
Coming as you are - taking some time to reconnect to your body, your little one, and finding time to rest.

No yoga experience needed.
