Let’s hit the pavement together! 🏃‍♀️🚶‍♂️ Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking to enjoy a morning walk with great people, this is your chance to get moving, have fun, and meet new friends

We’ll meet at Alderman's Ford Park at 10:00 AM, do a quick warm-up, and then head out for an easy, social run/walk. No pressure, no competition.

Bring a friend, bring your dog, or just bring yourself, everyone’s welcome!

A Saturday morning workout makes that post-run brunch taste even better.
