Join us at Sweetwater Creek State Park for a mindful 2-mile walk along the scenic Red Trail. As we move through nature, you’ll be guided to connect with your body, quiet your mind, and take in the grounding beauty all around you.

Midway, we’ll pause to be present in the moment—inviting you to release stress, breathe deeply, and reflect on what truly matters. This is more than a walk; it’s a Whole Life Wellness experience that blends movement, mindfulness, and the restorative power of the outdoors.

We will meet up at the Sweetwater Creek Museum and Nature Center. Parking is $5.
