Prepare to wow your family this year with Italian style holiday cookies and learning the classic Italian Holiday dessert-Panettone. You’ll master the art of baking these delicious holiday treats— to make classic, time-honored and unique sweets for your family this holiday season. Chef Steph will show you how to make the perfect dough for a classic Panettone that everyone will think you bought from your local bakery. You will also learn the classic Italian Tre colori cake,(rainbow cookies) that are perfect for this time of year. By the end of this 3-hour class, you’ll have everything you need for a show-stopping dessert table this holiday season.

Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.
You will work in groups of 4 in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.
Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class
Class is roughly 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created in class
Cooking classes are conducted in our state-of-the-art Blue Star outfitted demonstration kitchen and each class is led by an experienced chef instructor.
Wine, beer and soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)
Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class

Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.
During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
