Strive to Thrive: Resource Relay is a FREE, family-friendly event designed to relay important information and connect youth of all ages - and their families - with local resources that support health, wellness, education, and community well-being.
Enjoy a day filled with fun, food, and opportunities to discover what your community has to offer!
What to expect:
📚 Resource tables
🤝 Representatives from county organizations, groups, and programs
🎉 Activities for children, teens, and families
🍔 A free meal for all attendees
🏃♀️ A “relay” theme that encourages exploration and engagement with community supports, plus the chance to win prizes!
Whether you're a parent, caregiver, or young person, this event is all about building stronger connections and helping families thrive together.
