Solar Plexus Workshop

Curious about the chakras? Interested in the often overlooked connections between emotional and physical symptoms and experiences? Join me as we repeat the chakra series that I first offered five years ago! Come for one or come for all--these workshop evenings are cozy opportunities to learn, to gather together, and to reflect.

The solar plexus governs self-esteem, personal power, purpose, and drive.

Physical signs of an imbalanced solar plexus can include IBS, ulcers, pancreatic imbalances, and other gastrointestinal issues.

Emotional signs can include low self esteem, feeling a lack of purpose, restlessness, low motivation, lack of energy, procrastination.

In this workshop, you'll learn easy, everyday techniques to open and balance your solar plexus including affirmations, meditations, foods, and helpful movements.

We'll also enjoy a dish of solar plexus enlivening plant-based food! Goodies to bring home include a solar plexus healing crystal, a Spotify playlist, and a recipe!
