Enjoy a Yoga class with a spectacular view over Lisbon, followed by a delicious and hearty brunch where you can meet like-minded people from Lisbon and all over the world and enjoy good conversations at NH Collection Liberdade Hotel.

After your class waits a delicious brunch buffet on the 1. floor, where you can pick from a generous variety of specialties (incl. vegan / gluten-free options).

The Yoga class is suited for all levels of Yoga practitioners.
We will celebrate the beginning of the new lunar year by cultivating adaptability, flexibility and kindness in our Yoga practise.

Our Yoga teacher, Johanna, will guide you through a breath focused yoga class, based on Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, that combines static & dynamic postures, rotations, and side bends to keep the spine flexible and support your digestive system.

The class is designed for all levels - no matter your shape or experience!
