Dance it out

Dance It Out Workouts combines the benefits of a fitness boot camp with the fun and energy of dancing. I will guide you through a series of high-energy workout dance routines, followed by some floorwork toning exercises both of which elevate your heart rate and burn calories while surrounded by the beautiful natural environment of the park!
