Drumming Circle With Closing Gongbath

Do you wish to experience the power and solidarity of collective drumming? The deep resonances of the drums can have a positive therapeutic effect on our health and well-being through meditation with sound and vibration.

This session is open to anyone who would like to experience a meditation drumming circle. No musical skills are required, just an open mind and creative approach. Drums are included, but you are very welcome to bring one of your own of any style. This is an accessible process and you can either play and immersive yourself physically throughout the session or take time to sit back and enjoy the vibrations, there are many ways to feel the sound and be involved.

There will be a 90 minute drumming session, with different activities and variable pace, followed by a concluding 30 minute gongbath with a single magnificent 42 inch gong to bring you back to the space and equilibrium.
