Kid's Art Lab: USA Flag - Op Art!

Kick off summer with some eye-popping fun at our brand new Kid’s Art Lab! In this exciting weekly drop-off art class, young artists will explore the world of Op Art — a style of art that plays tricks on your eyes using lines, shapes, and color.

First Session: Wednesday, July 2 at 10:30 AM

🇺🇸 Project: USA Flags – Op Art Edition!

Just in time for Independence Day, students will learn to turn a simple USA flag into a dazzling optical illusion that seems to leap off the page! We’ll experiment with line and color to create depth and movement using only paper and basic art tools — marker, colored pencil or crayon, whatever each child desires to work with. All materials are included.

Ages 8 & up can be dropped off.

Under 8? No problem — just bring an adult helper to stay and create with you!

Look for Kid’s Art Lab happening every Wednesday at 10:30 AM — with a brand new project each week! Get ready to imagine, explore, and create!
