Join us to breathe in the scent of sun-warmed air and feel the season at its peak. The Height of Summer is a guided meditation and journaling experience designed to reconnect you with the vibrant energy of summer, your inner rhythm, and the present moment.
Our evening will include: Breathwork and Grounding: We’ll begin with a breath practice to cool the body, calm the mind, and bring balance, setting the stage for deep presence.
Guided Meditation: Together, we’ll pause in the fullness of the season, reflecting on themes of warmth, movement, light, and expansion. You’ll be invited to notice what this season awakens in you—its brightness, abundance, and its invitation to live more fully.
Journaling and Reflection: After, we’ll move into reflective journaling and open conversation with mindfully crafted prompts for creating space to process insights, capture the energy of the season. This will allow us to gently connect with others through quiet conversation and reflection. (paper will be provided or feel free to bring a journal with you) Also available will be a strawberry and mint infused water for sipping to balance the hot, fiery, pitta qualities of summer.
