About the event

Wild Heart Yoga Retreat
Join Susy and Claire for a weekend of reconnection to the wild within you, in the most beautiful woodland setting.

Enjoy luxury en-suite eco-dome accommodation with your own private hot-tub, lakeside tea hut, flower meadows and crystalline sound healing on the sunset dias.

There will be a variety of yoga practices on offer from flow to yin to restorative as well additional activities like hula hooping, ecstatic dance, cacao gratitude circle and the transformative Shake the Dust.

Food is provided by a local chef that grows most of her own produce in her kitchen garden!
