Discover how essential oils can support our physical, emotional , mental and spiritual well-being as we move through a nourishing yin yoga practice, closing with a deeply relaxing crystalline sound bath and refreshments.
During our yoga practice we will experience a variety of Doterra Essential Oils that will ground, soothe, uplift and more as move the body slowly and gently to reflect the qualities of each oil.
Our session will close with a crystalline sound bathing session to help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, boost energy, balance the energetic body, reduce physical pain and improve mental clarity.
No prior experience of yoga, essential oils or sound bathing is necessary.
WHAT TO BRING
You will need to bring something comfortable to lie down on and a blanket or two for warmth. If it is not comfortable for you to lie down you are very welcome to enjoy the session seated. You may wish to bring a pillow/cushion for added comfort. You may also want to bring water or throat sweets if you have a dry throat or cough. Yoga bolsters, eye pillows and bricks will be provided. If you need a yoga mat please contact me and I can bring spares along.
DRESS WARMLY IN LAYERS
Wear something comfortable you can move and relax in. It's best to wear layers as our body temperature can drop when we're more still. You may want thick socks for the sound bathing for extra warmth.
PLEASE NOTE
This session will not be suitable for you if you have allergies to essential oils. If you have particular skin sensitives you can experience the oil by smell or application to cloth instead. The session will use Doterra Essential Oils which are of the highest, purest quality.
