Seated Exercise

Take the first step into a more active lifestyle by joining our Seated Exercise class.

Taking place every Thursday 9.15am-10am at Park Street Activity Centre, you will be led through a series of gentle exercises that can be completed whilst seated - with the added bonus of making new friends along the way!
