Power Vinyasa

Enjoy this dynamic , faster paced vinyasa flow to push yourself.. Dolo teaches Vinyasa yoga, characterised by powerful and dynamic flows with a strong emphasis on breath, incorporating yoga philosophy and pranayama (breath work). These classes encourage connection between physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Suitable for beginners+ practitioners - those already on their yoga journey, and also intermediate - advanced practitioners.
