🌈 Kundalini Chakra Awakening: A 3-Hour Journey Through the Energy Centers

Having just completed a 200 hour Kundalini YTTC this workshop is the first of hopefully many monthly workshops offering a dedictaed space and focus with your energy layer of existence.
Each workshop will start with an intro into the philosophy of Kundalini, where it stems from, what its purpose is and particularly what we are going to do and why in the 3 hour session ahead.
Workshop Overview:
Embark on a transformative journey through the seven chakras in this immersive 3-hour Kundalini Yoga workshop. Designed to awaken your inner energy, this session combines philosophy, breathwork, dynamic movement, and meditation to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit.
What to Expect:
🕚 10:45AM - 11:00AM | Welcome, settle in, drinks ordered and served.
🕚 11:00 – 11:20 AM | Introduction to Kundalini Philosophy & Chakra System
Begin with a grounding overview of Kundalini energy and the chakra system while enjoying a hot beverage of your choice. . Understand the significance of each energy center and how this practice facilitates personal transformation.
🕥 11:20 – 11:40 AM | Pranayama (Breathwork) for Energy Activation
Engage in specific breathing techniques to prepare the body for energy transformation and purification, setting the stage for deeper practice.
🕦 11:40 AM – 12:30 PM | Kundalini Asana, Mudras, Bandhas & Mantra
Experience a dynamic sequence of Kundalini yoga postures, hand gestures (mudras), energy locks (bandhas), and chanting. This combination works synergistically to stimulate and balance each chakra.
🕧 12:30 – 12:40 PM | Short Rest or Break
Take a brief pause to integrate the practice. Rest in a comfortable pose or take a short break as needed.
🕐 12:40 – 1:30 PM | Continued Asana, Mudras, Bandhas & Mantra
Deepen your practice with continued movement and sound, focusing on higher energy centers to facilitate a full-body energetic alignment.
🕜 1:30 – 1:55 PM | Chakra-Focused Meditation with Tibetan Bowls
Conclude with a guided meditation that brings awareness to each chakra, promoting inner balance and a sense of wholeness.
🕝 1:55 – 2:00 PM | Closing Circle
Share reflections, express gratitude, and seal the practice with a collective intention.
Who Should Attend:
This workshop is suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to Kundalini Yoga or looking to deepen your existing practice. Come with an open heart and a willingness to explore your inner landscape. it is recommended that you have a regular Hatha Yoga (body focused) practice to maximise benefits but not compulsory.
What to Bring:
• Comfortable clothing
• Water bottle
Please arrive 10 minutes before class for drink orders to be taken ahead of the intro into philosophy talk.
