Peter, a Reiki Master, NLP Master practitioner, IEMT practitioner and sound therapist... will be using different instruments and frequencies to target healing from within, bringing harmony and balance to the chakras.
This is the fifth of 8 chakra balancing sound baths that Peter will be doing, focusing on indiviual chakras for the first 7 sessions, and finishing with a general chakra balancing session for all.
Root Chakra - Muladhara
Sacral Chakra - Svadhisthana
Solar plexus Chakra - Manipura
Heart Chakra - Anahata
Throat Chakra -Vishudda
Third eye Chakra - Ajna
Crown Chakra - Sahasrara
Full body Chakra Alignment
This sound session will particularly focus on the third eye chakra (Ajna), which is associated with intuition and insight. Located just above the centre of the eyebrows, this chakra is associated with the light element, the colour indigo/dark blue and mantra 'OM'. It is the chakra associated with intuition, self realization, inspiration and imagination. When aligned and in balance, you're able to clearly listen to your inner wisdom and equal importance is given to emotions and logic. This helps you to make the right decisions without hesitation. Imbalanced attributes however, can manifest as feeling stuck in the daily grind of life, lack of clarity or an overactive mind leading to feelings of overdrive and overwhelm.

This sound bath will begin with a grounding breathwork and relaxation exercise before moving into the sound therapy session..

6:05pm - Optional Departure
6:05pm - 7pm Optional tea and social to discuss experience with Peter/ each other.
7pm - Goodbyes
