Info: With over 15 years of experience in the property industry, Rebecca began her career as a lettings management apprentice and has spent the last 15 years building deep expertise at Newton Fallowell, a leading franchise estate agency.


Now as Director of lettings, Rebecca manages a substantial portfolio of over 700 properties across Lincoln and a 20-mile radius, working closely with a wide range of landlords, from buy-to-let investors in single lets and HMOs to military families and more specialised housing circumstances.


At the event, Rebecca will share a timeline of major changes in lettings over the past decade, insights into the Renters Reform Bill and its impact on landlords, and practical advice on setting up and managing rental properties compliantly.

Info: Shannon, Head of Bridging and Commercial Finance, will deliver an in-depth and practical session on how to fund property projects using a range of specialist finance products. With extensive experience in underwriting, deal structuring, and affordability assessments (EBITDA), Shannon brings clarity and strategic insight to every transaction.
