50 Miles for Holmes Lake Bikeshare!

Call us Ahab, because we're trying to catch the white whale of Holmes Lake...

A bikeshare station!

For many years, the proprietors of BikeLNK have been picking away at the lofty and ambitious prospect of a bike share station at this most prestigious Lincoln recreational site. The time has finally come to get the community on board and bring Ebikes lakeside!

In an effort to raise money and awareness, the ROAM Share CEO Benny Foltz is joining Kevin McCaffrey, a local long distance runner and philanthropist, to run 50 miles on July 13. That's 22 laps around Holmes Lake 🫴 WILD!

This is nothing new to Kevin, as he's been running a 50 mile fundraiser around Holmes Lake every month for the last several months! Go follow @kevinmonthlymission to keep up on every cause he's running for in subsequent months!

So, like the video says, come join us at the Holmes Lake boat dock July 13 from 12 to 6:30 PM to donate, goof off with some yard games and talk bike share! Kevin and Benny will be running all day, so you'll have plenty of opportunity to cheer them on.
