Join us for the 1st workout of 2026-HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Let's give your New Year's Resolutions a REBOOT-a NEW way of thinking about them ;-)

All you will need for class is: Water, carry in clean Sneakers and a Yoga mat(or we have mats to borrow-we require them for floor work due to carpet on floor).
