We will as always begin with grounding your energies and setting your intention by standing in the large healing Tibetan bowl and feeling the vibrations raise through you.
You will then settle down on your comfy airbed with a cosy blanket and an eye mask where you can simply slip away from all life's bs, different healing sounds and vibrations are played on you and in your energies to sweep through and cleanse your energies uplifting and raising your vibration.
We will be calling in your Angels, Guides, Ascended Masters, and Ancestors to work with you on this meditation journey to assist you. Calling in all the peace that's there for you, serenity and sense of calm as you just let go with ease what your ready to release, what no longer serves you and what your done with carrying around with you.
We also work with the lunar energies and occasionally the energies of powerful crystals.
