History Alive! Ravenwood Farms Live Animals at the Fort!

Pet a mini-Highland Cow, Valais Blacknose Sheep, KuneKune Pigs, and Nigerian Dwarf Goats when Ravenwood Farms mobile petting zoo makes a summer stop at Fort Ligonier this weekend!

While not the exact breed of animals that would have accompanied French and British military to the Pennsylvania frontier in 1758, these present-day cuties represent mid-18th century goats, sheep, pigs, and cows needed by the army to grow animal husbandry.
