Free Sunset Yoga at The Practice

This event will be held behind The Practice studio building in the grass. We have mats but please bring your own if you have one. This is a free class (registration is required) and open to our community, so bring a friend!

Unwind and reconnect with yourself as the sun dips below the horizon. This all-levels yoga class blends gentle movement, deep stretching, and mindful breathwork, all set against the serene backdrop of the setting sun.
