Under the open sky, we invite you into 90 minutes of pure stillness and sound. Crystal bowls, gongs, and sacred instruments will carry you into a state of deep rest and renewal, allowing your body to release what no longer serves and your spirit to return to balance.

What to bring: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel supported while lying down. Dress in layers for the rooftop breeze and bring water to nourish yourself after.
