Lunch and Learn: Active Listening for Better Communication

Join us for a one-hour Lunch and Learn on mastering the art of active listening. In this engaging session, you’ll discover how to: stay fully present and focused during conversations; use verbal and non-verbal cues to show understanding and empathy; ask thoughtful questions to clarify and deepen communication; and avoid common listening barriers that hinder connection. Whether you’re leading a team, collaborating with colleagues, or building personal relationships, these skills will help you foster trust, improve communication, and create meaningful connections.
