Vinyasa Flow: Community Yoga Class

A full mind, body & soul practice suitable for all levels. You will be guided through breath work (pranayama), Meditation, a full series of yoga postures (Asana) and a blissful relaxation to finish. Classes are suitable for all levels and beginners with a good level of general fitness are welcome!
