Yin Alchemy: Turning Tension into Gold

“Yin Alchemy” invites you into the sacred art of transformation—not by force, but through surrender. Just as the alchemists sought to transmute lead into gold, we turn inward through stillness, breath, and awareness to transmute tension, stagnation, and old patterns into presence, clarity, and inner peace. Through the deep, meditative holds of Yin Yoga, we give the body and mind space to soften, unravel, and become. This workshop is an exploration of how quietude can catalyse profound internal alchemy.

This two hour workshop will draw upon Yin yoga postures, Restorative yoga postures, meditation, breath work and hand mudras.


Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels including complete beginners.
