All Experience Levels Welcome/ Props Provided! Join us as set the intention to escape from the day to day as we invite our busy minds to decompress. Implementing movement intertwined with different breathwork techniques and mindful movement, with the goal to guide you on a journey to restore balance and peace to the body. Whether you’re new to the practice or a seasoned yogi, this session offers something for everyone, allowing you to tap into the many transformative branches and benefits of yoga.
