We'll explore signature dishes inspired by Jamaica, Trinidad, Barbados, and more—featuring fresh herbs, fiery spices, and vibrant ingredients. Think jerk chicken, coconut rice, plantains, tropical salsas, and more. You'll learn traditional cooking techniques, the stories behind the food, and tips for sourcing authentic ingredients.
By the end of the class, you’ll leave with new skills, a full belly, and a taste of the islands that you can recreate at home—no passport needed!

Experience Options
Premium Experience: Arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, seltzer, soft drink or themed cocktail/mocktail. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also, spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
General Admission: Arrive up to 30 minutes before class to meet and mingle with other class participants. Drinks available for purchase - Themed cocktail/mocktail, beer, wine, seltzer, soft drinks, and bottled water.
