We are hosting our annual sports physicals clinic on Tuesday, May 27 from 5:00-6:30 PM!

Cost is $35. Must pay with card, cash, or check.

Consent forms must be signed by parent or legal guardian.
Forms are available at lexingtonregional.org/sports-physicals

Physicals done this day will not be submitted to insurance.
Physicals are available year round and are covered by most insurance plans.
