Every month at vyb studio in Winston Salem, join Ayurvedic Health Counselor, DaLisa Fritts, as she guides us in cultivating community, connection, and empowerment.

Women’s Circles provide a nurturing and supportive space for women to come together, share their stories, and form meaningful connections.

For centuries, gatherings like these have been a cornerstone of community life, fostering sisterhood and mutual support. However, in modern society, the tradition of women coming together in sacred circles has largely faded, leaving many feeling isolated, disconnected, and caught in a cycle of competition.

These gatherings are a celebration of creativity, intuition, and the shared joys and struggles of the female experience.

We’ll ground into our bodies, explore how the moon phases influence our lives, and dive into topics on wellness and self-care.

Each gathering is a unique experience, offering meaningful discussions and opportunities to connect deeply with other women. No matter the theme, every session will provide a safe, welcoming, and nurturing space.
