Get ready for a summer of exploration, discovery, and outdoor fun at LLELA Nature Preserve. Wild About LLELA is a nature-based day camp designed for curious kids ages 7 to 12 who are ready to engage with the natural world in meaningful and exciting ways.
During this week-long adventure, campers will spend their days hiking shaded forest trails, birdwatching in the prairie, and—when conditions allow—kayaking while exploring the flora and fauna of LLELA Nature Preserve. Every activity is designed to help campers build confidence, develop a love for the outdoors, and form connections with the unique plants and animals that thrive at LLELA.
Our camp fosters hands-on learning, teamwork, and curiosity in a safe and supportive environment. Whether your child is already wild about nature or just starting to explore, this camp offers the perfect blend of recreation and education.
Session 2 Dates: June 9–13
Camp Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Monday through Friday)
Extended Day Option: Available until 3:00 PM for an additional fee
Location: LLELA Nature Preserve, Lewisville, TX
Registration closes Thursday, May 29 at 12:00 PM (noon).
Spots are limited and fill quickly. Early registration is encouraged.
