Down Dogs & Dogs Yoga

Join us for a 60-minute yoga class with Breathe Yoga Studio, and some adoptable dogs/puppies from Forsyth Humane Society.

This class is open to all levels, and a $25 donation that directly supports Forsyth Humane Society secures your spot!

Please bring your own yoga mat.
