Bodyweight Strength Class with Case Cortez

Join Case Cortez for a FREE bodyweight strength class, Thursday, 6:15-7 p.m., at Wayne Ferguson Plaza, 150 W. Church Street.

Classes are open to all levels. Invigorating bodyweight workout that will elevate your energy and elevate your day. Bring a fitness mat, towel, and water. No weights required.

During the warming months some instructors will move class to the shady portion of the plaza. This area is between the alleyway and Main Street.
