Ecstatic Dance is a journey of self-expression through freeform dance. No choreography, no judgment—just you, the music, and your body’s natural rhythm.
In this safe and welcoming space, we begin with a short warm-up to help you ground and arrive, then let the music guide us through waves of energy—sometimes wild, sometimes still. You’re invited to move however you feel, listen inward, and express outward. It's not about how it looks; it’s about how it feels.
All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
This is a substance-free, phone-free, and talk-free space once the music begins, allowing for a deeper, more mindful connection with yourself and the community around you.
