Reset & Restore

The holiday season can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to move through it drained or stressed. Join us for this two-hour workshop where you’ll learn simple, grounding practices to support your body, mind, and hormones so you can fully enjoy the season.

Through gentle restorative yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and practical lifestyle tips, you’ll leave with tools to release tension, balance your energy, and find calm in the holiday bustle.

Led by Rachel Carta, RN, Functional Nutrition Counselor, and Life Coach, this workshop offers a supportive space to reset, restore, and reconnect with yourself and your community.
