Postpartum Workshop

The Preparing for and Processing Postpartum Series holds space for new mothers and soon-to-be mothers in their postpartum journeys through four individual workshops. Ideal participants are expecting prenatal mothers through three years postpartum.

May 3: Postpartum Transitions
May 17: Rituals for Postpartum
May 31: The Art of Slowing Down
June 14: Rebirth and Celebration during Postpartum

Ticket Information:
Drop into an individual session for $55 or bundle all four together for $200.

What to expect from this session:
Rituals for Postpartum highlights the importance of ritual during times of transition. Through meditation, herbal preparations, and group discussion, we will help attendees identify ways in which they can incorporate ritual into their daily lives, making what feels like mundane moments of early postpartum into sacred ritual. This grounding tool can anchor us in the present as we ride the waves of the fourth trimester!
